1. Shipping Area
At this time, Tajaoffice ships only to valid delivery addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Orders with an unsupported shipping address may be cancelled or placed on hold while we contact you for a valid address.
2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully processed.
Certain items, including special products, limited-availability items, customized items, or products requiring additional preparation, may require 5 to 15 business days before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After an order ships, the estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 5 business days within the United States.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, holidays, address issues, security checks, or other events outside our control.
If we become aware that an order cannot ship within the stated processing time, we may contact you with updated timing and available options, which may include waiting for the delayed shipment or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders may be shipped by Amazon Logistics, UPS, UPS Mail Innovations (UPSM), USPS, or another suitable carrier depending on product availability, destination, package size, and fulfillment location.
Some orders may be fulfilled through Amazon or other third-party fulfillment services, and the package may arrive in carrier or fulfillment-provider packaging.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Any shipping promotion or free-shipping threshold shown on the website applies only under the stated conditions and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
6. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we will send a shipment confirmation email when tracking information is available.
Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
7. Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact Support@Tajaoffice.com immediately. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or shipment.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please first check the delivery area, mailbox, building office, household members, or neighbors. If the package still cannot be located, contact Support@Tajaoffice.com with your order number.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please keep the packaging and send photos of the package and item so we can review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
9. Wholesale, Bulk, or Special Orders
For wholesale, bulk, customized, or special orders, shipping cost and delivery timing may vary. Please contact Support@Tajaoffice.com before placing the order or as soon as possible after purchase so we can confirm the applicable details.
