This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds, and related requests are handled for purchases made through Tajaoffice.com. Please read this policy before starting a return or sending any item back to us.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Please contact us or submit a return request before shipping any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may be delayed, rejected, or returned to the sender if we cannot identify the order or confirm eligibility.

2. Return and Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item should be in a resalable condition, unused or minimally handled for inspection, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories when reasonably possible.

A proof of purchase, order number, or the email address used to place the order may be required to verify the purchase. Customized, personalized, special-order, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the item ordered.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

You may start a return or exchange request through your Tajaoffice account, when this option is available for your order:

1.  Log in to your account on Tajaoffice.com.

2.  Go to the My Account or order section and select Request a Return.

3.  Choose the item you would like to return or exchange, select the reason for the request, and follow the on-screen instructions.

4.  Submit the request and wait for our confirmation, return authorization, or additional instructions before sending the item back.

If you cannot submit the request through your account, please email Support@Tajaoffice.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, the reason for the request, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.

Please include your order number or return authorization information inside the package when possible. We are not responsible for returns shipped to the wrong address or returns that cannot be matched to an order due to missing information.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is requested because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer need the item, or for another reason not caused by our error, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The final cost will depend on the carrier and shipping method you choose.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described, please contact us with clear photos and your order details. When the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution and you will not be responsible for the approved return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, an alternative replacement, or another reasonable resolution. A replacement shipment may require additional processing time depending on inventory, fulfillment conditions, product type, and shipping carrier availability.

If you request an exchange for a reason not caused by our error, you may be responsible for the cost of sending the original item back to us.

7. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact Support@Tajaoffice.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, discount, or another reasonable solution. We may request that the item be returned before a refund or replacement is completed.

8. Refund Instructions and Processing

Refunds are handled according to the steps below:

1.  Submit your return or issue request through your account or by emailing Support@Tajaoffice.com.

2.  Wait for our confirmation and follow the return or documentation instructions provided by our customer service team.

3.  Ship the approved return to the provided return address, if a physical return is required.

4.  After the returned item is received, we will inspect the item and confirm whether the refund is approved.

5.  Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or unless otherwise required by law.

9. Return Review and Possible Resolutions

After the returned item arrives at our return address, we will review the condition of the item and the details of the request. Based on the review, the return case may be resolved through one or more of the following options:

•  Exchange or replacement shipment;
